LTM8002: 고효율, 초 저 EMI 스텝-다운 파워 μModule
LTM8002는 40VIN, 2.5A 스텝다운 µModule® (파워 모듈) 레귤레이터이다. 패키지에는 스위칭 컨트롤러, 파워 스위치, 인덕터 및 모든 지원 부품이 포함되어 있다. 3.4V~40V의 입력 전압 범위에서 동작하는 LTM8002는 0.97V~18V의 출력 전압 범위와 200kHz~3MHz의 스위칭 주파수 범위를 지원한다. 이들 범위는 각기 단일 저항에 의해 설정된다. 설계를 완성하는 데에는 입력 및 출력 필터 커패시터만 있으면 된다.
