Ultrathin µModule Regulator with Power System Management

The LTM4686 is a dual 10A or single 20A ultrathin step-down µModule regulator. Its 1.82mm height allows it to be placed very close to a load (an FPGA or ASIC), sharing one heat sink. Its PMBus interface enables users to alter key power parameters.
